The tenants at the International Festival shopping plaza in Orlando came to Zee's to build-out their retail spaces. We went form concrete, drywall, and rafters to the polished interiors you see below.

We'll be transforming the open courtyard of this home into a covered screened-in lanai, and above it we're adding a penthouse-style master bedroom suite featuring a walk-around balcony with a wrought-iron rail. When we are done, we'll have added 2500 square feet to this unique home.

This building is stuck in the 80's. We've been challenged to create a design to bring it up to date. Our solution is a modern interpretation of St. Augustine colonial architecture, bridging present day with historical Florida. Ornamental parapets, a metal roof, Bahama shutters, and faux balconies mixed with traditional styles fit the bill.
